AJK Prime Minister Honors Legacy of Journalist Zia Shahid on Third Death Anniversary

Islamabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwar Haq commemorated the third death anniversary of Zia Shahid, the founder of Khabari Group, recognizing his contributions to journalism in Pakistan.

According to Press Information Department – Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Prime Minister Haq praised Shahid for introducing a pioneering style of journalism that brought social issues to the forefront through his publications. He noted Shahid’s keen observation of societal conditions and his effective use of media to comment on and influence these issues. The Prime Minister also acknowledged Shahid’s family, emphasizing their role in continuing his journalistic legacy.
