Karachi, Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited, the Management Company of Dolmen City REIT, held a meeting on July 18, 2023, in Karachi. The Board of Directors made important decisions, including the declaration and approval of a final cash dividend for the unit holders.
In their meeting, the Board of Directors declared and approved a final cash dividend of Re. 0.50 per unit, which represents a 5.0% dividend on an annualized basis of 20.0%. This final dividend is in addition to the interim dividends already paid, totaling Rs. 1.31 per unit, equivalent to 13.1% on an annualized basis of 17.47%. Cumulatively, for the year ended June 30, 2023, the Scheme has approved a dividend of Rs. 1.81 per unit, representing 18.1% of the investment.
The entitlement to this cash dividend will be provided to the unit holders whose names appear in the register of Unit Holders on Monday, July 31, 2023. It is important for investors to ensure their names are properly registered to receive the dividend.
To facilitate the dividend distribution process, the Share Transfer Books of the Scheme will be closed from August 1, 2023, to August 3, 2023, inclusive. Any transfers received at the office of the share registrar, M/s. CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, located at CDC House, 99-B, Block-B, S.M.C.H.S., Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, by the close of business on July 31, 2023, will be considered in time for the determination of entitlement to the cash dividend for the unit holders.
