Baba Farid Sugar Mills Board to Review 3rd Quarter Accounts, Declares Closed Period

Karachi, Baba Farid Sugar Mills Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled to take place on July 25, 2023, in Lahore. The primary purpose of the meeting is to review and consider the Quarterly Accounts for the 3rd Quarter ended June 30, 2023, and potentially declare any entitlements.

In compliance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Regulations, Baba Farid Sugar Mills Limited has also declared a “Closed Period” from July 18, 2023, to July 25, 2023. During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the company is permitted to engage in any direct or indirect dealings involving the shares of the company.

The declaration of the Closed Period ensures fairness, transparency, and equal access to information for all shareholders. It helps prevent insider trading and promotes market integrity.
