Azerbaijan’s Interior Minister Vilayat Eyvazov Expresses Solidarity with Pakistan Following Rahim Yar Khan Attack

Islamabad: Azerbaijan’s Minister for Internal Affairs, Vilayat Eyvazov, has issued a formal condemnation of the recent attack on a police convoy in Rahim Yar Khan, which resulted in the death of 12 police officers.

According to Press Information Department, in a letter addressed to Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Minister Eyvazov expressed profound sorrow for the lives lost and extended his condolences to the families of the deceased. He also wished a quick recovery for those injured in the attack. Eyvazov denounced the attackers’ actions as inhumane and brutal, stating that individuals capable of such merciless violence do not deserve to be called human.

Minister Eyvazov reaffirmed Azerbaijan’s unwavering support for Pakistan’s fight against terrorism and emphasized his country’s solidarity with the Pakistani government, the victims, and their families during this challenging time.
