Lahore, July 06, 2023 (PPI-OT): Caretaker Provincial Health Minister Dr. Javed Akram visited Mozang Teaching Hospital and Gangaram Hospital. Caretaker Provincial Minister for Information and Municipalities Aamir Mir was also accompanied by Dr. Javed Akram. After the fall, a detailed review of the steps taken to remove the debris was made. Dr. Javed Akram also visited the inpatients.
The caretaker provincial health minister Dr. Javed Akram said that the roof of Mozang Teaching Hospital did not fall, but the roof of the marriage hall located inside the hospital fell. 14 injured patients of Mozang Teaching Hospital are being treated at Gangaram Hospital. The rest of the government hospitals in Lahore have also been alerted. He visited the three-year-old child Daniyal and also met the child’s family.
Caretaker Provincial Minister for Information and Municipalities Aamir Mir said that on the instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi, the areas affected by the stormy rains are being visited. Rescue 1122 has also been directed to speed up rescue operations.
