Islamabad: Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland has pledged robust support for young entrepreneurs in Pakistan, emphasizing their crucial role in the nation’s economic development.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, during her speech at the Young Entrepreneurs Awards ceremony in Islamabad on Wednesday, Scotland praised the innovative spirit of Pakistani youth and the government’s efforts under Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to provide them with necessary opportunities and resources. The event also saw Scotland and Rana Mashhood Ahmad, Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, presenting awards to distinguished young entrepreneurs.
