Govt Pledges Collaborative Policy Formation with Business Leaders, Eyes Trade Boost

Islamabad, The Federal Minister of Commerce, Jam Kamal Khan, announced the government’s commitment to formulating all forthcoming policies in close consultation with the business community to address the economic challenges facing the country. This announcement came during his conversation with the President of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Minister Khan underscored the urgency of resolving the economic crisis and assured that the government would actively seek the business community’s input to ensure the stability and growth of commerce. He emphasized the anticipated growth in trade volumes, particularly highlighting sectors such as mining, livestock, and textiles, as areas expected to see significant advancement.

Khan further stressed the importance of Pakistan aligning with international standards and embracing modern methodologies to enhance its standing in the global marketplace. The collaborative approach between the government and the business sector is aimed at fostering a conducive environment for economic progress and trade expansion.
