Gul Ahmed Textile Mills Limited’s board meeting/ closed period

Karachi, September 17, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, September 24, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. at Mills Premises, Landhi, Karachi to consider the Annual Accounts for the year ended June 30, 2012 and declaration of any entitlement.

The Company has declared the Closed Period from September 17, 2012 to September 25, 2012 as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulations of the Karachi and Lahore Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
