High flood likely in River Indus at Guddu, Sukkur

Flood Forecasting Division of Met office says River Indus at Guddu and Sukkur is flowing at medium flood level and is expected to reach high level flood during next 12 to 24 hours.

According to FFD report, the flows in Indus are higher due to rainfall in upper catchment areas.

Overall situation of river flows across the country is stable and within limits.

Rivers Jhelum, Chenab, Ravi and Sutlej are consistent with no abnormal flows.
