HinoPak Motors Limited’s declaration of 15.5% final dividend for the year ended 31-03-2012

Karachi, August 13, 2012 (PPI-OT): Pursuant to your letter dated August 06, 2012, we would like inform you that the dividend warrants have been dispatched to shareholders on August 8, 2012.

We apologize for the delay due to the fact that recent amendment in listing regulation for dispatch within 30 days instead of 45 days was over sighted.
