Peshawar, Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sardar Ali Amin Khan Gandapur announced that the provincial government will provide interest-free loans to youth to help them start their own businesses. This initiative is expected to benefit one lakh youth in the next financial year. The Chief Minister emphasized the significant role of youth in Pakistan’s population and their potential to resolve the country’s challenges.
According to Directorate General Information and PRs – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Chief Minister made these remarks during a meeting with officials of the Insaf Students Federation at the Chief Minister’s House in Peshawar. Provincial President Ashfaq Marwat led the delegation. The Chief Minister highlighted the government’s commitment to harnessing the talent of the youth and providing them with opportunities in various fields, including politics, based on merit.
Discussing the government’s strategy on governance and legislation, the Chief Minister mentioned plans to introduce new legislation aimed at improving governance and eliminating corruption and bribery. He urged the public to report bribery cases, promising immediate government action. The government is working on establishing a portal in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat to track public complaints and issues.
Addressing national issues, the Chief Minister criticized the current ruling party, attributing the country’s crises to their policies. He pointed out the increasing national debt and inflation, stressing the need for effective governance. The Chief Minister asserted that the people had given their mandate to Imran Khan, and any attempts to undermine the constitution would be resisted.
Chief Minister Gandapur reiterated the provincial government’s commitment to investing in the youth, describing them as the strength of Imran Khan and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. He praised Imran Khan’s leadership, particularly his efforts to unite the Muslim Ummah and advocate for the rights of Palestinians and Kashmiris on international platforms.
