Pakistan Aims to Strengthen Trade and People-to-People Ties with Afghanistan, Says FO

Islamabad, The Foreign Office of Pakistan, through its spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, has announced Pakistan’s dedication to enhancing trade relationships and fostering people-to-people connections with Afghanistan. This commitment was emphasized in a recent statement, highlighting the proactive steps being taken by the Pakistani government to deepen bilateral ties with its neighbor.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, as part of these efforts, Secretary Commerce Khurrum Agha is scheduled for a two-day visit to Afghanistan starting tomorrow. The visit aims to engage in detailed discussions on trade-related matters, underscoring the importance Pakistan places on its economic and social relationship with Afghanistan.

This initiative reflects Pakistan’s strategic approach to building a stable and prosperous relationship with Afghanistan, focusing on mutual benefits and shared growth through increased trade and cultural exchanges.
