Pakistan and Oman Navies Conduct Joint Maritime Exercise

Islamabad: Pakistan Navy Ship YARMOOK has successfully conducted a Passage Exercise with the Royal Navy of Oman’s vessel AL SEEB. This exercise, part of the Regional Maritime Security Patrol, aims to strengthen naval cooperation and enhance joint operational capabilities in the region.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the exercise focused on fostering synergy and mutual understanding between the two navies. It demonstrated the interoperability necessary to conduct joint operations, which are crucial for regional maritime security.

Earlier interactions also included a visit by PNS YARMOOK to Muscat, Oman, where the ship’s Commanding Officer met with Oman’s military leadership to discuss matters of mutual interest, underscoring the ongoing commitment to security cooperation between the two nations.
