Pakistan Army Conducts Rescue Operations in Flood-Affected Pasni, Gwadar

Islamabad, The Pakistan Army has launched extensive rescue and relief operations in Pasni, a city within the Gwadar district, in response to recent flooding events.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the operations involved the deployment of Army personnel along with water bowsers and elements of the civil administration to manage the drainage of accumulated rainwater effectively. The initiative also focused on providing immediate assistance to families severely impacted by the flooding.

Additionally, rescue teams successfully extracted a vehicle carrying three passengers that had been trapped by the floodwaters, ensuring their safety amidst challenging conditions. These efforts underscore the Pakistan Army’s commitment to rapid response in times of natural disasters to mitigate the impact on affected communities.
