Pakistan’s Foreign Affairs Ministry Activates Crisis Unit Following Fatal Road Accident in Iran

Islamabad: In response to the tragic road accident in Yazd, Iran, that resulted in the death of several Pakistani pilgrims, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has activated its Crisis Management Unit (CMU) to assist the victims and their families. This initiative underscores the government’s commitment to providing immediate support in times of crisis.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the CMU will serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the incident. The unit is equipped to handle inquiries and provide necessary assistance to those affected by the accident.
