PIA celebrates Independence Day of Pakistan at airline’s Head Office

Karachi, August 14, 2018 (PPI-OT): PIA celebrated the Independence Day of Pakistan at the airline’s Head Office. The Flag Hoisting Ceremony was held at PIA Head Office where Air Vice Marshal, Noor Abbas, Advisor to CEO PIA was the chief guest at the ceremony, attended in large numbers by PIA Employees and senior officials of the airline. Sarfaraz Ahmed, Pakistan’s Cricket team’s Captain and former Captain Moin Khan were also present at the ceremony. The National Flag was hoisted at 9:00 AM.

Later, addressing the employees of the airline, AVM Noor Abbas congratulated the employees on the Independence Day. He said, we all should follow the footsteps of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Allama Iqbal for further growth and prosperity of Pakistan.
