President and PM Pledge Ongoing Fight Against Terrorism

Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif have expressed their appreciation for the officers and jawans of the security forces following a successful operation against Khawarij in the Sambaza area of district Zhob, near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border.

According to Radio Pakistan, both leaders issued separate statements commending the security forces for their efforts, which resulted in the elimination of fifty Indian-sponsored terrorists over the past four days. They emphasized that this achievement highlights the security forces’ professionalism, commitment, and dedication.

President Zardari affirmed the nation’s solidarity with its armed forces in the battle against terrorism, asserting that the enemies seeking to disrupt peace, stability, and development in Pakistan will not succeed. He reiterated his resolve to continue the fight against terrorism with full force until it is entirely eradicated.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also praised the expertise of the security forces, noting the recent killing of three additional Indian-sponsored terrorists, which followed the neutralization of forty-seven terrorists in a prior operation in the same region. He underscored Pakistan’s continued commitment to combating terrorism until it is fully eliminated from the country.

The Prime Minister recognized the relentless efforts of Pakistan’s armed forces in their mission to cleanse the nation of terrorists. He, along with the entire nation, extends tribute to the forces for their unwavering dedication. He assured that the nation stands united with the armed forces in their determination to eradicate terrorism from the nation.
