Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Explores Technological Collaboration at Zhongguancun Science Park

Beijing, During his visit to Zhongguancun Science Park, often referred to as China’s Silicon Valley, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif explored avenues for technological collaboration between Pakistan and China. Accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar and other key officials, Prime Minister Sharif engaged in discussions focused on partnerships in tech start-ups, R and D centers, and digital infrastructure.

According to Press Information Department, the Prime Minister was briefed on the vibrant tech start-up culture and the innovative research activities at the Science Park. He expressed admiration for China’s advancements in science and technology and highlighted the potential benefits such cooperation could bring to Pakistan’s technological sector. This visit underscores the commitment of both nations to strengthen their strategic partnership by leveraging technological innovation for mutual progress.
