Provincial Minister Sohail Shaukat Butt Extends Eid Greetings, Emphasizes Sacrifice and Cleanliness

Lahore, Provincial Minister for Social Welfare and Treasury, Sohail Shaukat Butt, extended his greetings to the Muslim community on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, underscoring the festival’s themes of faith, obedience, and communal harmony. He highlighted the importance of cleanliness and responsible citizenship in his Eid message.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Punjab, Butt’s statement reminded the public of the profound lessons of sacrifice demonstrated by Hazrat Ibrahim and Hazrat Ismail, urging citizens to reflect these values in their actions by maintaining cleanliness in their surroundings, especially in disposing of sacrificial remains properly to preserve the environment. He also called on the community to pray for the nation’s progress and to assist in governmental efforts to enhance local cleanliness.
