Shehbaz Sharif Engages in Bilateral Talks with Tajik and Azeri Leaders in Tehran

Tehran, During a memorial ceremony for the late Iranian President Syed Ebrahim Raisi, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met with Tajik President Emomali Rahmon to discuss strengthening Pak-Tajik relations. The leaders explored avenues to enhance bilateral ties, reflecting a continued effort to bolster regional cooperation.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Prime Minister Sharif also held discussions with Azerbaijan’s Prime Minister Ali Asadov. Their conversation focused on promoting Pak-Azerbaijan bilateral relations, indicating a proactive approach to diplomatic engagements by Pakistan with key regional players during significant international gatherings.

These meetings underscore Pakistan’s strategic diplomatic initiatives aimed at enhancing cooperation and fostering stronger relationships with neighboring countries.
