Speaker of National Assembly Congratulates Nawaz Sharif on PML-N Leadership Re-Election

Islamabad, Speaker of the National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has congratulated Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on his re-election as President of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N). The Speaker highlighted the re-election as a significant indicator of party confidence and a harbinger for potential national prosperity and development.

According to National Assembly of Pakistan, Sadiq praised Nawaz Sharif’s seasoned and visionary leadership, which he believes will guide PML-N toward actively leading the country’s progress. The Speaker recalled Sharif’s history of making principled political decisions, notably the nuclear tests on May 28, 1998, which he described as pivotal in strengthening Pakistan’s defense capabilities.

Sadiq also noted Nawaz Sharif’s contributions to the restoration and stabilization of democracy in Pakistan. He expressed optimism that under Sharif’s continued leadership, the PML-N will play an even greater role in fostering the nation’s development and prosperity.
