The Johnson and Phillips (Pakistan) Limited’s special meeting of board of directors

Karachi, December 24, 2012 (PPI-OT): A special meeting of the Board of Directors of Johnson and Phillips (Pakistan) Limited (JOPP) was held on 22 Dec, 2012 to discuss matters regarding merger between Johnson and Phillips (Pakistan) Limited and Elemtec (Pvt.) Ltd. The meeting however, remained inconclusive, therefore the board decided to meet again in this context on 5th Jan, 2013 to conclude the business at hand.
