The closed period for the purpose of Regulation No. 37 (XXVI) of the code of Corporate Governance is October 12, 2012 to October 22,2 012 (both days inclusive), no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
