Dukki, Deputy Commissioner Kalimullah Kakar conducted a surprise inspection of the District Headquarters Hospital, examining various departments and assessing the availability of medical facilities and staff performance. During his visit, he evaluated the operational status of the outpatient department, accident department, X-ray room, laboratory, EPI center, and nutrition center.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the Deputy Commissioner thoroughly reviewed the hospital’s medical supplies and the conditions of the in-patients, discussing treatment details with MS Dr. Johar Shaduz who also highlighted existing challenges. Deputy Commissioner Kakar emphasized the importance of diligence and integrity in hospital operations and issued a stern warning against negligence, stating that strict legal actions would be taken against any irresponsibility.
The visit underscored the government’s commitment to providing top-notch medical services to the public, with assurances for the enhancement of resources including the provision of additional medicines, hiring more doctors and staff, and improving overall facilities at the hospital.
