Federal Interior Minister Reaffirms Support for Balochistan’s Law and Order in Quetta Meeting

Quetta, Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi met with Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti today at the Chief Minister House, where they discussed the law and order situation in the province among other issues of mutual interest. The meeting highlighted the central government’s commitment to supporting Balochistan’s security needs.

According to Press Information Department, Interior Minister Naqvi reassured Chief Minister Bugti of the federal government’s readiness to provide all necessary resources to enhance public safety in Balochistan. Naqvi emphasized the province’s crucial role in the country’s development and expressed his ongoing support for the welfare of its people. In response, Chief Minister Bugti thanked the Interior Minister for his cooperation and reiterated that his administration was utilizing all available resources to maintain peace and order in the province.

The meeting was also attended by Balochistan Home Minister Ziaullah Langove and Federal Interior Secretary Khurram Ali Agha, underscoring the importance of the discussions. Prior to the meeting, Minister Naqvi was welcomed at the airport by Home Minister Langove, CCPO Quetta, and other senior officials, signifying the significance of his visit to the provincial capital.
