Islamabad, Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue, Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, met with Naeem Mir, Chairman Supreme Council All Pakistan Anjuman-e-Tajran, to discuss issues concerning the business community and economic policies. The meeting also included the Chairman of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and served as a platform to address the concerns of traders and businessmen across the country.
According to Press Information Department, Minister Aurangzeb expressed his appreciation for the contributions of the business community to Pakistan’s economic development. He emphasized the government’s commitment to resolving their concerns and promoting a business-friendly environment. The Minister also highlighted the newly launched Tajir Dost App, designed to support and facilitate the needs of the business community, encouraging traders to register and take advantage of the platform.
During the meeting, Naeem Mir conveyed the business community’s concerns and suggestions to the Finance Minister, pointing out the challenges faced by traders and businessmen in Pakistan. He commended the government’s efforts to streamline taxation policies, create a conducive business environment, and promote investment opportunities to foster economic growth.
Finance Minister Aurangzeb reaffirmed the government’s commitment to work closely with the business community to address their grievances and support their role in contributing to the country’s economic development. He underscored the importance of collaboration between the government and the private sector in formulating policies that promote entrepreneurship and business growth.
