Pakistan Army Conducts Rescue Operations in Bahrain, Swat Following Landslides

Islamabad, The Pakistan Army, in coordination with local authorities, has successfully conducted a rescue operation in Bahrain, Swat, clearing a key road blocked by landslides triggered by heavy rains. The road from Bahrain to Kalam was obstructed last night, disrupting traffic flow and affecting numerous tourists in the area.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the emergency efforts involved the Pakistan Army, the district administration, and the National Highway Authority (NHA). The joint operation managed to clear the debris and restore traffic on the affected road. The Ministry also highlighted the Pakistan Army’s ongoing commitment to assist in disaster-affected areas and ensure the safety and mobility of the public.

The Pakistan Army will continue its efforts in the region to guarantee complete restoration of traffic and support to affected communities.
