Pakistan Seeks to Strengthen Relations with Azerbaijan for Mutual Progress

Islamabad, Speaker of the National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has affirmed Pakistan’s dedication to enhancing parliamentary and economic collaboration with Azerbaijan, aiming for shared prosperity and advancement.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Sadiq met with the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Pakistan, Khazar Farhadov, to discuss deepening the two countries’ relations. During their conversation, Sadiq noted the importance of the longstanding and fraternal ties with Azerbaijan, rooted in a shared historical, cultural, and religious heritage.

The meeting also served as a platform to outline the framework for an upcoming trilateral conference to be hosted by Pakistan, emphasizing the commitment to regional cooperation and dialogue.
