Dubai, The Consulate General of Pakistan in Dubai hosted a significant event to celebrate Pakistan’s National Day, drawing community members, media, and consulate officials for a ceremony that paid homage to the nation’s founding principles. Led by Consul General H.E. Hussain Muhammad, the day was marked by the national flag hoisting and the poignant playing of the National Anthem, followed by readings of messages from Pakistan’s President and Prime Minister.

According to Press Information Department, during his speech, the Consul General highlighted the historical essence of March 23, 1940, a day that symbolizes the valor and vision of the Muslim leaders of the subcontinent, including Quaid-e-Azam, who laid down the foundation for an independent homeland. He underlined the crucial role of unity, faith, and discipline as guiding principles for Pakistan’s journey towards progress and prosperity. The Consul General also made a passionate call to the Pakistani diaspora in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, urging them to embody their national identity while respecting and integrating into the UAE’s societal norms and laws.
