Board meeting of Amreli Steels Limited to be held on September 09, 2016

Karachi, Amreli Steels Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that the board meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on September 09, 2016 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting shall be consideration of annual accounts for the period ended June 30, 2016. Further, the closed period of the company shall be from September 02, 2016 to September 09, 2016 (both days inclusive). Amreli Steels Limited is one of the largest manufacturers of Steel Reinforcement Bars in Pakistan. Situated in the industrial hub of Karachi, their plant uses one of the most modern hot re-rolling mill technologies in the industry and is capable of continuously producing straight bars up to 35 tons per hour.
