Karachi: We have to inform you that Board of Directors of the company declared following financial results for the year ended September 30, 2011 in their meeting held on Saturday, January 07, 2012 at 11.30 a.m. at Ismail Aiwan-e-Science Building, 205 Ferozepur Road, Lahore:

Keeping in view current depressed economic and financial scenario, directors didn’t recommend dividend/Bonus/Right for the year ended September 30, 2011.

Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at 10.00 a.m. at Registered Office, Ismail Aiwan-e-Science Building, 205 Ferozepur Road, Lahore.

The Shares transfer books of the company will remain closed from January 25, 2012 to January 31, 2012 (Both days inclusive).
