Karachi, May 22, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 29/05/2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the registered office of the Company at Plot No. HT-8 Landhi Industrial and Trading Estate, Karachi 75120 to consider the Quarterly Accounts for the period ended 31st March 2012.
The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from 22/05/2013 to 29/05/2013 as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No.35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
