Karachi, April 12, 2013 (PPI-OT): We would like to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited (ICIBL) is scheduled to be held on Friday, 19th April, 2013 at 11:30 A.M at the Head Office 701-A, City Tower, 6-K, Main Boulevard, Gulberg-II, Lahore to consider the following:-

. Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Nine Months ended 31st March, 2013.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from 12th April, 2013 to 19th April, 2013 (both days inclusive) as required under the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulations, of the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly no Director, CEO or Executives shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
