Karachi, October 3, 2012 (PPI-OT): It is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today the 2nd day of October 2012 at 3:30 PM at its registered office situated at Vehari Road, Multan recommended the payment of a Final Cash Dividend @ 102.50% (Rs. 10.25 per share) for the year ended June 30, 2012.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday October 31, 2012 at 3:30 P.M. at its Registered Office. The above entitlement will be paid to the shareholders whose names will appear in the Registered of the Members as on 24-10-2012.
The Shares Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from 25-10-2012 to 31-10-2012 (both days inclusive). Transfer received at the Company’s Shares Registered office by the close of the business on 24-10-2012 will be treated in time for the purpose of above entitlement to the transfers.
